All foreign particapants who wish to travel to the Republic of Türkiye must be in possession of a valid travel document, accepted by the Republic of Türkiye.

The travel document must be valid for at least 6 months as of the date of arrival in the Republic of Türkiye.

Please visit https://www.mfa.gov.tr/visa-information-for-foreigners.en.mfa to check if you are required to hold a valid visa when travelling to the Republic of Türkiye. If you are required to hold a visa, this must be granted and affixed to the travel document prior to arrival.

Citizens of registered countries (https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/info/) are eligible for the e-Visa provided they meet the necessary criteria.

The rule that the total length of stay in Türkiye must not exceed 90 days within the last 180 days applies to all foreign nationals traveling to Türkiye. It is important that those who exceed this period inform the authorities before attending the conference.
